Thunderbolt Ski Race

100 back-country skiers and snowboarders will race down the historic Thunderbolt Trail from the summit of Mount Greylock, the state's tallest peak. Spectators welcome to witness the wild ride down this challenging Expert-Class A trail at the foot of the mountain in the town of Adams. This is not at a ski area, it's on a rugged trail on natural snow. "Thunderfest" a free celebration will follow in downtown Adams after the race.
