Opened in 1913 by Jack Rosenstein, the restaurant has been continuously operated by the same family and is now under the direction of grandson, Brad. In his pursuit of excellence, Brad persuaded French Certified Master Chef Luc Pasquier, one of only 52 in the United States, to combine their talents to create the ultimate dining experience. In their dedication to the tradition of Jack?s, they have developed a menu to satisfy their faithful clientele as well as delight a new generation of Jack?s customers.
