Center for Disability Services

The Center for Disability Services offers primary and specialized medical care to all individuals, therapy, education services, job training, transportation, residential, respite, skilled nursing, specialized equipment, service coordination and other related services to individuals who have disabilities as well as family members, caregivers and professionals. The Center is a community resource.
