Parillo's Armory Grill was started by Ralph and his brother Paul with much help from their parents Rita and Ralph, brothers and sisters. The Parillos have been serving the best authentic Italian dishes, specializing in homemade pasta as well as many more Italian traditional dishes. Today, Parillo's Armory Grill is owned and operated by Ralph, his wife Jackie and their two daughters Theresa and Gina. Their success in the family business is fresh food, quality dishes, excellent service and bringing you that home type atmosphere at a fair price! So in keeping with this tradition they withstood the test of time and hope to keep serving the Amsterdam area with the same great mouth watering food that the Parillo's fell in love with a over thirty years ago.
