Empty Bowls

Sunday, February 12, 2012 an Empty Bowls event to benefit the Heifer Project will be held at the Church of the Covenant U.M. Church, Rte 43, Averill Park, NY. The Heifer Project provides animals for food and/or clothing for needy families and villages all over the world. There will be a Freewill Offering for your bowl, soup and bread. You may bring your own bowl or you can use the church bowls. The soup will be provided by Averill Park, Sand Lake and West Sand Lake area restaurants.
