In June of 1999, the third Carmen Anthony Restaurant, a Fishhouse, opened in Avon on Route 44. Carmen Anthony Fishhouse of Avon accommodates more than 200 guests, including private facilities for 40, and a seasonal Tented Outdoor Patio with a full bar. What better place to meet after work on those balmy summer evenings? In true Carmen Anthony style, the sophisticated main bar features a wall of wine.
