Primo Pizzeria and Italian Specialties, a family-owned traditional pizzeria, opened in 2006 at 404 Geyser Road in Ballston Spa. Located just two miles from Saratoga State Park in the Stewart's plaza, Primo's offers good, old- fashioned home cooking for a reasonable price. Husband and wife, Vince and Courtney Commisso know the value of providing their customers Italian fare of higher quality and quantity. Growing up in his family's restaurant, Cosimo's, Vince learned at an early age the value of providing quality food that was plentiful and reasonably priced. Vince stated, "My family always prided itself on serving healthy portions of homemade food. They always made you feel like you were sitting down in their home to enjoy your meal."
