Foot Massage and Reflexology Workshop with Anne Snyder

Foot massage can be a great tool in supporting the health of yourself and your family.Based on the belief that our bodies are reflected in miniature in our feet, by massaging the different parts of our feet we can affect our state of health and general well-being.
This introduction to working the terrain of the feet will be a hands-on feet event. Bring your curiosity and questions, a pillow, a bath towel, and a blanket.
