Cheshire, CT (Press Release) May 27, 2011 – Lucinda Beaty, owner of Lucinda’s Hair Additions & Extensions, is celebrating the grand opening of her new wig boutique with an in-store customer event on Saturday, September 17. From 2 to 6 p.m., customers and guests will be treated to refreshments, mini makeovers & prize giveaways at the boutique on Highland Ave, Rt. 10 in Cheshire. The public is invited to attend, and everyone who brings a friend will get a free gift, compliments of Lucinda’s Hair.
After owning and operating a full service hair replacement studio for 30 years, Beaty chose to open the distinctive store late last year, filling the void of “wig stores” and expanding the market even further. In the midst of a down economy, Beaty felt it was a good time to offer clients and the public an affordable place to browse wigs and purchase merchandise for women and children (and pets), including hats, scarves, jewelry, accessories and much more. The boutique also offers a unique setting where women in need of a wig, due to medical necessity, can feel comfortable and confident on their journey.

Since the construction began, locals have been eager to see what is going on inside. Lucinda’s Hair & Boutique is located at 650 Highland Ave, near the CVS and CITGO station on RT 10 in Cheshire. As a Cheshire resident for more than 30 years, Beaty decided to build the boutique as an addition to her already thriving business.
Lucinda’s Hair & Boutique is run by Beaty and her wonderful staff Melissa, Nichole, Tracy, & Lisa. The store is open Monday through Saturday and features a large selection if beautiful wigs, hair accessories, jewelry and more.
Lucinda’s Hair is a Full Service salon offering a range of salon services for medical and natural hair loss such as integration, hair extensions, topical treatments and more!
