Workshop: HR Issues that Impact Businesses

We will provide information and tips on several compliance issues such as: using subcontractors versus employees; using students versus interns; and important changes in the Fair Labor Standards Act. In addition, she will demonstrate Best Practices crafting policies to strengthen business.

We will share experiences and describe situations where businesses have increased risks due to the absences of policies and non-compliance of fundamental employment laws.
