For everything we create, whether it be for a two hundred person catering event, dinner for your family, or your next sandwich, we use only the freshest seasonal ingredients available making everything from our pasta to the deli meats from scratch. We don't believe in compromising quality and general wholesomeness in anything we prepare. Our experience lies from working in a multitude of places including some of the best restaurants in Connecticut, Manhattan, and Italy.
