Mica Ledges Trail

The Madison Land Conservation Trust's Mica Ledges trail head is at the end of Cream Pot Road in Durham. From the Madison traffic circle, take Rte. 79 north 7.9 miles to Rte. 17, then take a sharp left turn on Rte. 17 South. Continue 0.1 mile south to Rte. 77. Follow Rte. 77 south (left) 0.7 mile to Cream Pot Road on the left (east) side of the road between two pillars. Follow Cream Pot past the Durham town maintenance yard bearing right up the hill. Continue to the top of the hill where the road ends at the Mica Ledges Trail.
