SGS Spring Rowing Info Night Weds Jan 11th 7-830pm

SGS Rowing Association will hold two recruitment meetings for parents and prospective new rowers interested in our spring season crew team. Boys and girls from the Schenectady, Guilderland, Rotterdam, and Scotia-Glenville in grades 7 to 12 are eligible to participate. Practices are M-F after school on the Mohawk River during April-May for middle school modified program, HS program runs February –May with erg conditioning followed by on the water practice. Season dues is $240 for modified rowers, $400 for HS rowers plus parent volunteer requirement on work details and various committees depending on skills, club needs and interest. The first information session will be held at the Guilderland Public Library at 2228 Western Ave on Weds Jan 12th from 7 to 830pm. The second session will be held at the Scotia Glenville High cafeteria at 1 Tartan Way and Sacandaga Road the following evening Thursday Jan 13th also from 7 to 830pm.
