Join us at 5 PM on Thursday, September 9, 2010 aboard the RiverQuest at Eagle Landing State Park in Haddam for an unforgettable evening on the Connecticut River!
The CT River Coastal Conservation District has tickets available for the 6th Annual Tree Swallow Cruise and Wine Tasting to benefit the CT River Watch Program. You will board the RiverQuest for a 3-hour sunset cruise on the lower Connecticut River. You will enjoy fine wines from Priam and Chamard Vineyards and Jones Winery and seasonal dinner fare. For the grand finale, participants will have an opportunity to witness the amazing swallow ballet, a unique natural phenomenon. Tickets, at $85 donation per person, can be reserved by calling 860-346-3282. The CT River Watch Program (CRWP) is an EPA award winning citizen water quality monitoring program for the CT River and tributaries. It was established in 1992 and is sponsored by the CT River Coastal Conservation District.
