At Smokey's our goal is to make your dining experience an enjoyable one. Whether it be eat-in or take-out, we achieve this goal by serving you the best BBQ Grill possible. We start with fresh quality ingredients. Everything is prepared from scratch. Our meats are carefully selected and humanely raised. We avoid the use of refined products and trans fats. Since our salads and sauces are homemade, they have no preservatives either. Our BBQ style is best described as hybrid; we use a spice rub similar to Memphis BBQ with a tangy sauce like Kansas City. We take our BBQ seriously, we actually went to the Ole Hickory factory in MO to pick up our smoker; they make the best in the industry, and we think you will notice when you taste our ribs or any of our pit specialties. Our "Signature Burgers" are made from specially selected Angus Steak and are delivered fresh daily. Our fries are hand cut from fresh Idaho potatoes and our rings are homemade beer battered, and even our deserts are homemade!!! Well, you get the idea that we really take pride in what we serve, and we are committed to serving the best food possible.
