Kids Health & Wellness Expo

Prominent physicians and the Hydration Education Foundation invite families to attend a Kids Health & Wellness Expo

Experts will teach children about good nutritional habits, exercising and drinking plenty of water. Public Service Announcements (PSAs) touting the benefits of water will be filmed. Families are invited to participate in the PSAs.

Plenty of games and activities for kids. Flu shots available too.
