This course will walk you through the tax grievance process. Subjects include establishing value of the subject, meeting deadline dates, use of comparable assessment and small claims assessment review. Case studies will be reviewed.
About the Instructor: Len Fiore is a General Certified Appraiser, Licensed Real Estate Broker as well as New York State approved teacher and instructor. Len has taught at both the high school and college levels, and is currently an instructor for Manfred Real Estate Learning Center, teaching both appraisal and continuing education courses. He is an Affiliate Member of the Appraisal Institute.
