Author Rachel Carley will chart the evolution of the town's architecture and landscapes by exploring a rich legacy of stories (some true, some not) that have long shaped Litchfield history. This will be the first of many discussions and programs Ms. Carley will lead centered around her new book, Litchfield: The Making of a New England Town.
