"Washington's Birthday Celebration

New Windsor, NY (February 12)— On Sunday February 19 from 1:00 to 4:00 PM and Monday February 20, from 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM, soldiers bring to life the Continental Army’s final winter encampment with musket and cannon firings, blacksmithing, medical demonstrations and other aspects of daily life. On Sunday at 1:30 & 3:30 PM and Monday at 11:00 AM, 1:30 & 3:30 PM see muskets and cannon fired. Following these firings, children enlist in the Continental Army and drill with wooden muskets.
