Five College Choral Festival

Bi-annual favorite valley event. Features performances by choral ensembles from each of the five colleges and the Five College Collegium. The program ends with the premiere of a new work by Smith College professor Gregory Brown, sung by the combined choirs. The new piece uses a text by Amherst alumnus, two-time Pulitzer Prize winner, and valley resident Richard Wilbur. Free and open to the public.
