CruzinPort 2011

CruzinPort roars into Port Jervis once again on April 5th! We averaged well over 100 Hot Rods, Street Rods, Classic Cars, Custom Cars, Bikes & Trucks per event last year. We're kicking off our third season at the beginning of April. With DJ Dick set up right in the middle of the street again and being broadcast live over the local am radio station via KJ Broadcasting, this town will once again be echoing with the sound of loud pipes and oldies. So if you like the roar of a V8 or a V-twin, pristine paint, chrome and rock and roll, you won't want to miss it! The dates are 4/5, 5/3, 6/7, 7/5, 8/2, 9/6 and 10/4. The rain date will always be the following Tuesday. Organizers Harold & Sheri Butler of Butler Homes, Inc. Are changing things up a bit this year to try to make the event even better than before. Start time is moved up to 5pm instead of 6pm. Registration ($5) will take place directly behind the DJ booth near the fountain. Judging will take place right on Front St.. You park and we'll find you, how easy is that??? We'll be giving out 30 trophies at each event for everything from "Best Rat Rod" to "Most Unique Bike of Show". As always local vendors will be open late on Tuesday so you can shop for anything from furniture to cell phones and dine on anything from Burger King to the Erie Restaurant and everything in between. So get the word out to your friends and clubs and lets roll!!!
