Horsing Around with the Arts Show grades 3-7

Students in grades 3-7 and 8-12 are invited to submit entries for the National Museum of Racing’s 18th annual student art show, Horsing Around with the Arts. Artwork must be of an equine theme. No photography or computer altered imagery will be accepted. The deadline for submissions for grades 3-7 is Friday, Jan. 6, 2012 and for grades 8-12 is Friday, March 2, 2012. The exhibit-opening reception for the grades 3-7 will be at the Museum from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. on Friday, February 24, 2012. For grades 8-12, the exhibit-opening reception will be on Friday, March 30, 2012 (6 to 8pm). Students and their families, teachers and the public are welcome to attend.
