A True Pilates™ Studio offers private and semi-private instruction as well as small group classes in a beautiful, light-filled studio that is fully equipped with Gratz Apparatus™, state-of-the-art training equipment. All of the highly trained instructors have been certified by Romana’s Pilates™ at True Pilates™ NY. This gives the studio the advantage of keeping the integrity of the Pilates method pure, as it was taught by Joseph Pilates and handed down to Romana Kryzanowska.
