"Macbeth," the shortest of Shakespeare's tragedies, is presented by Shakespeare and Company of Lenox, Massachusetts during its week-long residency at Hudson Valley Community College. The elements of rampant ambition, prophesy, murder, violence and guilt are all there in true Elizabethan tradition.
