Neff Athletic Center

The Athletic Center brings us closer to realizing the long-held dream of a facility near the campus that can support Sage Division III teams in softball, soccer, and lacrosse. The facility also allows for expanded options for both volleyball and basketball. The unexpected opportunity to acquire the former Troy Boys and Girls Club building and property at a remarkable value, along with the generous gift of an adjacent eleven acres of undeveloped land, have suddenly brought the dream closer to reality. The estimated project cost of $2.7 million includes property acquisition, modest renovation to the existing facility, and development of an athletic field with appropriate equipment.

This investment on the part of Sage will significantly boost our athletics program and is a considerable factor in recruiting scholar-athletes. The Center will have a substantial long-term impact on the quality of the overall educational experience at Sage.
