Zumba® Fitness

This class incorporates Latin, International music and dance movements such as merengue, salsa, reggaeton, cumbia, calypso, even a little belly dancing & hip hop! Zumba® tones and sculpts the body using easy to follow moves, no prior experience is required. Workout clothes, sneakers, and water are required. $6 drop in or $50 for 10 classes.
