....most of our dishes, though traditionally named, are cooked our own special way. Nadine Valente, our Mother and Grandmother, who used herbs and spices, had her own style of cooking. Her recipes have been maintained since Valente's Family Restaurant opened in 1958. We welcome you into our family. We look forward to serving you.
