The B'Shara Family Restaurant has been owned and operated by the B'Shara Family since 1945. It opened as a sandwich and ice cream shop in Springfield, MA by Phil and George B'Shara and their father B'Shara B'Shara. After many successful years the restaurant relocated to West Springfield in 1980 as a cafeteria style restaurant. It is now operated by the B'Shara children; Paul, Gary, and Dianne. At least one member of the family is on site at all times to ensure that your dining experience is memorable. B'Shara's Elite Caterers is a full service caterer serving W. Mass, Central Ma and surrounding areas. From setup to break down, our goal is to provide you with the best service available so that your event is a memorable one.
